Organiser un événement avec Doodle et Google Docs

Trouver une date qui arrange tout le monde, trouver le matériel nécessaire, organiser les transports, etc. L’organisation d’un événement demande toujours de régler de nombreux détails pratiques. Faire ça par mail ou par téléphone demande du temps et de nombreuses informations à gérer. Heureusement, il existe des outils en ligne qui vous simplifieront grandement la tâche.

S’il s’agit de vous mettre d’accord sur le choix d’une date par exemple, vous pouvez utiliser Doodle.com. Vous créez un petit sondage, vous envoyez le lien par mail, chacun coche ses disponibilités et vous voyez en un coup d’oeil quelle est la date qui arrange le mieux. Très facile à utiliser, c’est sans aucun doute la manière la plus rapide d’organiser un vote à distance.
Google Document
Si l’événement est plus complexe, que vous avez besoin de plus de renseignements de la part des participants, vous pouvez créer un questionnaire avec Google Docs. Il vous permet de poser différents types de questions (avec réponses courtes, longues, choix multiples, cases à cocher, etc ). Vous envoyez le questionnaire par e-mail. Les réponses apparaissent directement sous la forme d’un tableau excel que vous pouvez également partager avec les personnes concernées.
Vous avez maintenant sous les yeux toutes les données nécessaires pour organiser votre événement. Le tout présenté dans un tableau. Rapide et efficace.
