Lors de notre dernière enquête, vous avez été nombreux à soulever 3 points faibles de notre outil. Nous les avons corrigés. Vous pourrez désormais supprimer une personne indésirable inscrite comme membre, désigner plusieurs administrateurs et désactiver la possibilité de s’inscrire aux événements. D’autres améliorations arrivent sous peu.
Supprimer un membre
Si un visiteur indésirable a rejoint votre association, vous pouvez maintenant le supprimer très simplement. En mode édition ON, rendez-vous dans la section “membres”, un bouton “Supprimer” apparaît désormais dans le coin supérieur gauche de la case de chaque membre. Il suffit de cliquer.
Désigner d’autres administrateurs
En mode édition ON, toujours dans la section “membres”, cliquez sur le bouton “Editer”. En bas de page, vous trouverez la case “Administrateur du site”. Cochez-la pour désigner un nouvel administrateur. Les co-administrateurs ont les mêmes possibilités que l’administrateur mais ils ne peuvent ni supprimer le site, ni désigner d’autres administrateurs.
Désactiver l’inscription aux événements
Lorsque vous ajoutez un événement au calendrier, vous avez une case à cocher en fin de formulaire intitulée “Permettre l’inscription à l’événement”. La case est à décocher si vous ne le souhaitez pas.
Toujours dans les événements, vous avez la possibilité de rendre l’événement visible uniquement aux membres en cochant la case “Visible uniquement pour les membres inscrits”.
